Receiving E-mail :

Firstly create your Spice Excel UMS e-mail account on the Spice website (If you are not a registered user click here, Sign Up). As soon as a mail is received in this Spice Excel UM mailbox, an SMS notification will be sent. The notification will carry details like sender's email-id, date & time of mail and the subject of mail and will come from a unique nine-digit number like 665xxxxxx. For e.g. 665123456 etc.

  Receiving of Voicemail :
All the messages coming into your voice mailbox, by default will be copied to your Spice Excel UM mail box. A notification for the same will be sent to the subscriber through an SMS. The notification will carry details like sender's phone number, date & time of voicemail and will come from a unique nine-digit number like 665xxxxxx. For e.g. 665457859 etc.

  Receiving of Fax :

As a Spice Excel UM subscriber you will be able to receive Fax in your UM-box from anywhere across the world. The process for receiving a Fax in UM-box is as follows.

1. The sender will dial 9814298146 from the fax machine.

2. The sender will be prompted to enter the ten digit mobile number of Spice subscriber to whom the fax is to be sent.

3. The sender will then press start/transmit to send the Fax.

  Receiving of SMS/Voice message :

Anyone can send an email or Zing mail (email in voice) to your UM-box by just sending the same on to your spice mail account. The same will be notified to you through an SMS detailing the Subject, Date and time of the message.
