other handset, the 1 year validity offer will be reduced to 30 days and the hnadset has to be
returned to Spice Telecom. |

Spice( An agreement to this effect would be signed between customer and Spice) |
• Customer shall avail the Services only by means of handset approved/provided for use by the
Spice Telecom for getting connected to the network. In case the customer does not avail the
Services and terminates the agreement before 2 years, he shall forthwith surrender the
