Spice Telecom, has broken tariff barriers to give the most affordable tariffs to its subscribers in Punjab. Spice today announced a reduction in ISD and STD rates for both its post as well as pre-paid mobile customers. In a constant endeavour to give more value to customers the ISD rates for new and existing pre-paid and post-paid subscribers have been reduced by up to 57%. The STD rates have also been cut to Re. 1 to anywhere in India with the launch of an STD pack.
ISD Call Rates
The rate change is spread across all plans and schemes under pre-paid and post-paid categories, enabling Spice customers to get the best value on local and international calls from India.

The ISD Pack for post-paid, pre-paid and corporate subscribers is available at a nominal rate of Rs.30/- (taxes extra) per month / bill cycle, and with this pack the
calls to US & Canada would be charged at Rs.4.99/- only, and to the U.K. at Rs.5.99/- only. To activate the ISD pack, prepaid subscribers need to dial

STD Call Rates for Pre-paid and Post-paid Spice subscribers
New and existing Spice subscribers can make STD calls to anywhere in India at just Re.1 per minute by subscribing to the STD pack, which is available at a monthly rental of Rs.250. Apart from the savings on STD pack, STD call rates to landline / WLL phones anywhere in India have also been reduced to 3.00 Rs/min, down from the earlier rate of Rs. 3.50 Rs p/min.
To activate the STD pack prepaid subscribers need to send an SMS with the word "
S" to
500 or simply
dial *500*0# on the USSD platform. Postpaid subscribers can fax their request for the pack or visit the nearest showroom.
