Leading the way in innovation and value add, Spice Telecom, Punjab's premier cellular service provider today introduced a special service wherein, subscribers can receive C.B.S.E exam results for Class X and Class XII right on their Spice mobile. To obtain results, the subscriber would need to send an SMS to 1012 with the message stating "CBSE ". The service will provide detailed information of the candidate including the aggregate marks, percentage and individual marks in each subject.

SMS sent to 1012 will be charged at Re.1/- per message.

Speaking at the occasion Mr. Mukul Khanna, Assistant Vice President - Marketing, Spice Telecom, Punjab said, "Offering the much awaited C.B.S.E results for Class X and XII on Spice mobile is an extension of our commitment to provide our subscribers a utility service which enables them to skip standing in long queues and avoid inconvenience caused to parents/students. This unique service will be available to the Spice subscribers, who no longer need to spend anxious moments waiting for the results, as it will only be just an SMS away"
