Introduced by Spice Telecom for the first time ever in the country, the Smart Dial Service automatically connects a Spice user to the desired Spice number that may have been switched off or unreachable earlier. The Spice Smart Dial service is absolutely FREE, as there are no special charges for this service and the normal call rates are applicable. What's more, Spice Smart Dial service shall be automatically available to all the Spice subscribers immediately.

This brand new innovation was launched by Spice brand ambassador, Priyanka Chopra in a glitzy affair amidst a select gathering of media and guests in Chandigarh today. Priyanka who has been with Spice ever since its new avatar three years ago, said she identifies with the brand because of its youthful and innovative appeal. “The Spice Smart Dial Service is a first of its kind in India and it is really exciting to be a part of this. What I really like is that one no longer has to keep one's finger on the redial button as the service just connects you when the number becomes available. How to use Spice Smart Dial service

•  A Spice subscriber (Party A) calls another Spice number (party B) but party B is not reachable (the number may either be switched off or out of coverage area)

•  Party A will hear a voice prompt that prompts the caller to Press ‘*' if the caller wants to use Smart Dial service to call Party B as soon as it is available

As soon as Party B (the unreachable number) becomes available/ reachable, the Smart Dial service will initiate & complete the call, based on the consent of both parties
