Spice Telecom , Punjab 's premier cellular service provider, today honoured lucky winners with a Gold Coin each as a part of the ‘Win a Gold Coin' promotion. The winners were felicitated at a select gathering in Chandigarh , Ludhiana , Jallandhar, Amritsar , Patiala & Bhatinda today. .

Congratulating the lucky winners, Mr. Mukul Khanna, Assistant Vice President, Spice Telecom, stated that “We received an overwhelming response to the ‘Win a Gold Coin' promotion. Through this program we wanted to specially honour subscribers who pay their mobile bills on time, and what better way to do so than felicitating them with auspicious tokens of gold. By introducing such special and unique ways to honour our valued subscribers, we hope to make mobile usage a pleasurable experience for them.”

Spice ‘Win a Gold Coin' Promotion
The month long consumer initiative was organised exclusively for Spice post-paid subscribers. Subscribers who paid their mobile bills on time were eligible for the lucky draw. Daily five lucky winners were chosen from each city and informed either by a SMS or a call by a Spice customer care executive that they had won a gold coin for paying their mobile bill on time. Spice ‘Win a Gold Coin' promotion was a limited period promotion that was launched on 5 th August 2006 and finished on 3 rd September 2006 .
