JHOOTH BOLO CONTEST - PRODUCT CONCEPT:

This time, we bring you an exciting fun-filled contest with a different flavour. This contest will have everything that any normal sms contest holds, i.e., a question and three answer options. But the catch is that the player will have to tell lies and pick the wrong answer out! So, the more you lie, the more chances to win daily & mega prize(s).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

HOW TO QUALIFY & WIN PRIZES:

There will be 10 Questions per day. On answering each question correctly, you will earn 1 point, along with the next question. One needs to accumulate more points in order to increase the chances of becoming daily & mega winner(s). If the contestant gives a wrong answer to a question, the contestant will get a 'wrong answer' message along with his/her cumulative score and an opportunity to answer the next question followed, as there is no elimination procedure.

Daily Prizes - Sporty Wrist Watches: To be eligible for the lucky daily winner, the contestant should earn minimum 10 points, i.e. to answer at least 10 questions correctly.

Grand Prize - Samsung Digital Camera: To be eligible for the lucky Grand winner, the contestant should earn minimum 300 points, i.e. to answer a total of 300 questions correctly in between the contest period.

CONTEST PERIOD:

The contest will run from 21st June '08 to 20th July '08

TERMS & CONDITIONS

a) These Terms of Use govern your participation in various Contest offered by Spice. You (the user) agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out herein.

b) These Contests is open solely to Indian citizens above the age of 18 years.

c) The Contest will have some specific title and you will be entitled to participate in the same through your mobile phone.

d) Neither the employees of Spice Communications Ltd. (Spice) and Spice Mobile VAS (Cellebrum) nor the families or relatives of employees are eligible to participate in the Contest.

e) There will always be some specific contest period for the Contest.

f) Entries shall be short-listed on the basis of correct answers to the Contest question(s) or highest downloads, as per contest flow. Incomplete information provided under this Contest shall not be entertained and shall stand disqualified, without any intimation. Selection of the winners for each prize will be through a Draw, at the sole discretion of Spice which shall be final and binding.

g) The Contestant expressly agrees and acknowledges that participation in the contest is at his / her own risk and responsibility.

h) There will be various types of Draws or Winners for contests – Daily Prize Draw, Daily Weekly and Mega Prize Draw. Contestants stand a chance to win more than one Draw / Prize. The winners will be declared on the basis of the random draw by Spice.

i) There is no entry fee for the Contest. Except normal applicable tariffs per SMS.

j) The winners will be informed through a call on the participating Mobile Number and each winner will be notified individually. Accordingly, prizes will be either delivered to the winner's confirmed address or these winners can be called to their nearest Spice Office to pick up their respective prizes. The Grand Prize may be given to the winner during a special event, the date and time of which shall be announced by Spice, at its sole discretion, subsequent to the completion of the Contest.

k) The prizes shall be given to the winners subject to all applicable statutory deductions and taxes.

l) Spice reserves the rights to stop the Contest at any time and / or change, modify, withdraw, or extend the Contest without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

m) Spice reserves the right to withdraw / change / modify the content and / or the terms and conditions at its own discretion and without any prior notice and / or assigning any reason. Therefore, the Contestant is advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) to the terms and conditions.

n) Your entering the said Contest shall be deemed as your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

o) All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner(s).

p) The prize(s) to the winner(s) shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations, processes and formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production all such documents or papers as required by SPICE before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by SPICE, or in the event of any ambiguity / uncertainty / unavailability of the winner, SPICE, in its own discretion will be entitled to cancel and forfeit the prize(s) for the said winner(s).

q) The decision of SPICE in respect of all transactions / prizes under this Contest shall be final and binding.

r) SPICE or its directors / officers / affiliated companies will, in no manner whatsoever, be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, which hinder the completion of the Contest.

s) This Contest cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion currently being offered.

t) All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali.
